Corynespora cassiicola threatens soybean and cotton production in Brazil. The objective of this study was to evaluate cultural morphological aspects C. isolated from different Brazilian regions, culture media. isolates were grown PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) V8 juice agar characteristics evaluated were: color, aspect, growth rate mycelia, as well dimension conidia, number septa per conidium.
